Silicone Sealing Mat for 96-Well Round Plate

Kashi Scientific molded silicone sealing mats are designed for 96-well storage, assay and deep-well plates. The sealing mats are manufactured with the highest quality, inert 100% virgin silicone. With a plug diameter of 8.3mm, our film mats are compatible with most laboratory plates and provide an airtight seal. These high quality mats pair well for manual or automated laboratory applications and will secure samples, liquids and reagents from evaporating or cross-contaminated during storage. The perforations in the mat wells will seal themselves after penetration, and ensure secure closure. The mats may be used in high throughput applications , with access to sample through the perforations as many times as needed. Kashi Scientific 96-well round plate mats are ideal for plates with round wells. They may be used in a range of temperatures, and can even be autoclaved. With durable, research grade silicone, these mats may be reused with a 10% bleach wash and ethanol rinse. The strong material used to manufacture these sealing mats resists coring and tearing as well, which minimizes the risk of particles from the mat itself to sink into wells and contaminate samples.
